Mollik Textile Sourcing Limited (MTS) is proud to introduce itself as one of the promising state of the art in the garment sector as merchandising and sourcing solution houses in Bangladesh. We the owners of this company have 12 years working experience in merchandising in this fashion trade and 04 years sourcing experience of garment materials from China, India & Pakistan. During merchandising period, we worked with many branded & non-branded buyers from Spain, France, Denmark, Germany, U.K and Japan. We see ourselves as the customer’s partner that allow them to exploit the needed set of competitive strengths available in the market of garment purchasing.
Price
We are very competitive in price as we have lot of options of factories with us. Raw materials, exchange rates, knitting and weaving capacity, local labor cost… and endless number of factors will eventually influence and have a positive or negative impact on price. MTS works with its buyers to create strategies to overcome price hikes where possible. These strategies can mean short term changes by changing the factory or long term development of materials with different composition.
Lead Time
Several factors will influence the production lead-time from the raw materials used to the local holidays of a country. It is our job to adjust the production schedules and locations accordingly to adapt the lead-time to the customer requirement. At MTS, we have lead-times spanning from 30 days to 115 days according to the country and category of product selected. It’s one of our core strengths to be able to deliver fashion items and sourced products quickly to the customers.
Capacity
According to season or working mechanics of the country capacity is distributed among buyers. We have dedicated capacity in each product category we serve. We are very flexible with capacity requirements for certain products as we’ve a very flexible product lines that can be adapted to the capacity requirements of distributed product portfolios we receive at different season. We also have the ability to create capacity for our long term partners with growing quantity needs.Products
Quality
Quality has been the growing concern of our customers in the past years. With highly competitive retail market the customers are continuously increasing their quality standard. At Mollik Textile Sourcing Limited we have highly experience quality team who have around 15 years working experience with various Brand and also have responded with continuous improvement mentality. We train our quality and production every quarter in order to translate the new standards into our production while keeping our team sensible to common issues faced. Quality can be only managed with a continuous training mentality and that is what we apply here.
Ethical Compliance
Ethical compliance is layered in 2 categories for us. The first layer is MTS’s compliance requirements as per govt. labor law standard which are monitored by our own team members. The Second layer is the requirements of each of our buyer which are inspected by authorized and nominated 3rd party professionals. With this 2-layer system 100% of our production is conducted in locations compliant to the International and local labor standards.
